The Texas Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity is dedicated to reaching out to industry professionals and invites everyone's ideas, education, credentialing, and backgrounds to further the initiatives of AHDI at our state level.

Vision

To assist all healthcare documentation specialists in networking opportunities and continuing education, and to keep everyone informed of statewide and national initiatives, as well as encourage everyone to assist in the ongoing effort to ensure our place in the healthcare delivery system.

Values

We uphold high standards for patient care data and believe that every individual working in the healthcare documentation industry should strive to ensure accurate and timely production of patient care documentation.
